Zumba Fitness – A dance fitness program that incorporates a variety of latin-inspired dance moves. This is a fun way to get your cardio workout in. (All Levels)

DanceFit – This dance format uses various types of music to create a FUN, challenging and rewards full body workout! (All Levels)
