Class Descriptions

Pump – A full body workout using barbells, hand weights and/or body weight to burn fat, build lean muscle all while toning and shaping the body. (All levels).

POP Pilates – this format takes the classical pilates class to the next level by challenging students to rhythmically flow from one move to the next, developing a rock-solid core and leaving no muscle untouched. Bring a mat! (All levels).

Step & Sculpt – A classic step class that incorporates weight training. (All levels).

Zumba Fitness – A dances fitness program that incorporates a variety of latin-inspired dance moves. This is a fun way to get your cardio workout in. (All levels).

DanceFit – This dance format uses various types of hip-hop music to create challenging and rewarding full body workout. (All levels).
