Class Descriptions

BodyPump – This original barbell class will tone and shape your body, help you build lean muscle and burn fat fast!

Spin – Pedal with the pack! Your instructor will take you on a journey through hills, flat roads, mountains and more.

Rip & Ride – Spin + weight training! Every other song is off the bike!

Bootcamp – HIIT, Circuit, Strength, Cardio – we’ve got it all covered!

DanceFit – Werk, twerk, pop and drop. If you like to dance, this is your jam! Easy to follow moves and great music!

StepFit – A Step class with a little sass. Get your cardio kick plus some weight training. Keep the heart rate up, torch some calories and have a lot of fun! (Coming in March)
