BodyPump – A total weight training barbell class will tone and shape your body, help you build lean muscle and burn fat fast!
Spin – Pedal with the pack! Your instructor will take you on a journey through hills, flat roads, mountains and more.
Rip & Ride – Spin + weight training! Every other song is off the bike!
Fitcamp – HIIT, Circuit, Strength, Cardio – we’ve got it all covered! All levels welcome!
Dance2Fit – Werk, twerk, pop and drop. If you like to dance, this is your jam! Easy to follow moves and great music!
Pop Pilates – This format takes the classical pilates class to the next level by challenging students to rhythmically flow from one move to the next, developing a rock-solid core and leaving no muscle untouched. Bring a mat!
StepFit – Keep the heart rate up, torch some calories and have a lot of fun! We have classes for beginners as well as experienced.
Attack – A high intensity cardio workout that incorporates sports-derived HIIT training.
